Mr. Carlos Alonso is an experienced senior executive with over 20 years in luxury fashion and management. He is a trusted non-executive advisor to NCAP on all investment opportunities in the European retail and luxury goods sector.

He has led the development of luxury and premium brands in the market and spearheaded executive management of luxury shopping destinations. Through his ability to bring together partners, curate experiences, provide personalized services to private clients, hospitality, and storytelling, he creates transformative experiences.

Mr. Alonso has successfully achieved double-digit sales growth with Hugo Boss,Hermès, and The Bicester Collection. He has also crafted unique projects for El Corte Inglés, Meliá Hotels International, and retail projects for several food and beverage brands. Finally, he has also led digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing consumer engagement using cutting-edge behavioral analytics technology.

Mr.Alonso holds an EMBA from EAE Business School in Spain and received his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
