As a team of ex-operators, we understand the challenges of building and growing businesses at a deeper level than traditional investors. We came together to establish Noksha Capital (NCAP) because we felt that modern businesses have been built with structural flaws. In other words, we noticed that there was a design problem and the root causes traced back to misaligned incentives between the ownership and management. We wanted to change that, so we became investors - but in our heart of hearts, we will always be more than investors and that is what (we believe) separates us.

Our ultimate objective is to help design businesses that generate a meaningful impact on society, which (we believe) is the best way to align all stakeholders within an organisation.
